Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kanvamo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Kanvamo. These terms apply to all users, including those who browse without a registered account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kanvamo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others, use automated means to access Kanvamo, or create accounts for deceptive purposes.

You agree not to use Kanvamo to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation. • Upload, transmit, or store content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringing on intellectual property rights. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Kanvamo or its infrastructure. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Kanvamo.

Kanvamo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kanvamo Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create within Kanvamo. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We may offer a free trial period for paid plans. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No charges will be applied during the trial period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to access Kanvamo ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days following cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Kanvamo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kanvamo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-product notification. Continued use of Kanvamo after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
