Kanvamo started from a simple frustration: every project management tool felt like it was designed for the tool, not the team. We set out to build something calmer, faster, and smarter.

In 2024, after years of using every project management tool on the market, we kept running into the same problems: too many clicks to see what matters, standup notes that nobody reads, and boards that became digital graveyards for tasks that never move.

We believe the best project management tool is one that gets out of your way. One that knows what's blocked before you ask, writes the standup so you don't have to, and keeps the whole team pointed at the same priorities — without a meeting to align on it.
